Merchandise Policy



Sales Tax. There is a 6% sales tax for all Ohio residents.

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges. Acoustic Merchandise will refund or exchange damaged items, in accordance with the guidelines below. Any items returned that do not conform to these guidelines will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be returned to sender.

  • Upon receipt of a damaged package or item, we ask that you contact Acoustic Merchandise immediately and report the damage.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice with the item or items being returned.
  • All items being returned or exchanged must be in the condition in which they were received. We will not accept clothing that has been worn or washed. We will not accept items that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Credit for returns does not include shipping and handling. It applies to merchandise only. Once your return has been sent to Acoustic Merchandise your credit card will be credited within 5 business days, or a check will be issued in 10-15 business days.
